• Order processing (from quotation and ordering through to delivery and invoicing)
• Handling matters by phone with customers, suppliers and clients
• Link between customer, production and warehouse
• Ongoing process optimisation
• General to-dos (organisational tasks around order processing)
• Keeping track of the project schedule and maintaining deadlines
• Supporting the sales team
• Commercial training or several years of professional experience in a commercial role
• Confident use of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of an ERP system desirable – we are happy to teach SAP Business One on the job
• Goal-oriented team player who keeps the big picture in view
