Parcel shipping:
‍Items in stock will be shipped the same day for orders received before 11 a.m.

‍As soon as your goods have been picked, you will be notified. If you register in advance, you can pick up the goods during regular opening hours.

‍24/7 pickup:
‍After picking, your goods will be made available to our 24/7 collection rooms. As soon as the goods are ready for collection, you will receive a notification and can collect them around the clock.

This area is under video surveillance. However, we assume no liability for your goods.

‍Forwarding:
‍Deliveries that are over 2 meters long or require pallet shipping are carried out with our shipping partner. The costs for this delivery are calculated based on effort and may differ from offers or shop information.

‍Express shipping:
‍In urgent cases we offer the option of express shipping. If the goods are in stock, they will be shipped as quickly as possible on the same day with our express shipping partner.

‍Longer delivery times for purchased goods and packaging:
‍Longer delivery times must be planned for purchased goods and packaging. You will be informed of an estimated delivery date.

‍Note on delivery date:
‍An estimated delivery date will be stated on our receipts. This date is based on the information available at the time the order confirmation was created and refers to the date on which the goods leave our logistics warehouse. However, it is not a guarantee and may vary. If we become aware of any changes, we will inform you immediately.
