Technical office support (m/f/d)

• Supporting the project manager in the office

• Looking after customers across Europe

• Planning and calculating lighting designs, preparing and handling quotations

• Continuous process improvement

• The general to-dos that come up in a project (documentation, research, costing, feasibility checks and so on)

• Working with suppliers, clients and site managers

• Customer contact by phone and support with technical questions

We are looking for:

… staff with a commercial or technical background

… applicants with first professional experience in sales, office work or a similar role

… students of electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, architecture, interior design or similar

… business school graduates with a love of technical detail

• Experience in lighting technology or a similar industry is desirable

• Knowledge of the MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• An interest in design, architecture and lighting technology

• A good understanding of drawings and the ability to read plans

• Confident handling of electrical components is desirable

• A goal-oriented team player with an eye for the bigger picture
