300 LED lights make the MPW Christmas tree shine

The 30-metre-high giant fir of MPW in Eidenberg has been shining especially brightly since this year. Martin P. Weixlbaumer of Eidenberg and the staff of the MPW group of companies are lighting specialists and LED professionals, so it was only natural that the giant fir in front of the company headquarters on the Edt should serve as a Christmas tree. It is probably one of the most beautiful Christmas trees in the province: the tree, more than 35 years old and over 30 metres tall, was decorated with 300 LED lights for the first time this year. It was actually meant to provide a festive backdrop for the planned charity punch stall. Because of the coronavirus pandemic the event for partners and suppliers of the MPW group of companies unfortunately had to be cancelled. In the sugar-dusted winter landscape of Eidenberg the Christmas tree sparkles beautifully all the same. The tree also starts an MPW tradition, because it was not felled and will now shine every year as a living Christmas tree. The charity event under the MPW Christmas tree is firmly planned for Advent 2021 and the years to come. From next year onwards, donations for a good cause are to be collected regularly at the MPW punch stall.
